“Datch baby” with granola and berries

This delicious pancake with granola is a perfect choice for breakfast or a light dessert. The crunchy granola paired with a soft, fluffy base creates a delightful texture contrast. Serve it warm with ice cream and your favorite berries or fruits for an unbeatable combination of flavors that will delight you with every bite!

Ingridients:

For the dough: 3 eggs
100 g flour
100 ml milk
2 tbsp. melted butter
1\4 tsp. salt
2-3 tbsp granola

For the filling: cream ice cream to taste
berries and fruits to taste

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F). Preheat a cast iron skillet or ceramic dish in the oven.

Remove the heated dish from the oven and add 1 tablespoon of butter. Allow the butter to melt and leave the dish to cool slightly.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt. Add flour, milk, and melted butter. Mix well until smooth.

Pour the batter into the prepared dish, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle with granola. Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, or until cooked through.

While the pancake is baking, wash and slice your favorite berries and fruits. Remove the pancake from the oven, cut into portions, and top with ice cream and fresh berries or fruits as desired.
