Broccoli baked with tahini

This simple and delicious roasted broccoli with tahini recipe is a perfect choice for a healthy side dish or snack. Tender broccoli with a crunchy almond topping and a flavorful tahini and olive oil sauce creates a wonderful taste contrast. Baking adds richness to the dish, making it even more delightful. Ingridients:

1 broccoli
2-3 tbsp of tahini
2-3 tbsp of olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add a pinch of salt. Cut the broccoli into florets and cook for 2-3 minutes. Drain the water and rinse the broccoli with cold water. Transfer the florets to a bowl.

In a separate bowl, mix 2-3 tablespoons of tahini, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.

Add the sauce to the broccoli and mix well.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, sprinkle with almond flakes, and bake for about 20 minutes at around 180°C (350°F).
