Cherry clafouti with granola

This cherry pie with granola is the perfect dessert for any occasion. With a tender crust and juicy cherry filling, it makes a delicious end to any meal. Easy to prepare, this pie is served warm with a drizzle of cream to enhance its flavors and texture.

Ingridients:

30 g butter
400 g fresh or frozen seedless cherries, defrosted
75 g wheat flour
100 g sugar
2 medium eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract or paste
150 ml milk
whipping cream

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Grease a 23 cm cast-iron skillet or heatproof pie dish with half of the butter.

Spread the cherries on the bottom of the pan and sprinkle with 2-4 tablespoons of granola.

Melt the remaining butter over medium heat.

In a bowl, mix the flour and sugar.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.

Add vanilla extract, milk, and melted butter. Mix well.

Pour the batter over the cherries in the pan.

Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes, until the batter rises and turns golden brown.

Remove from the oven and serve warm with a drizzle of cream.
