Nut balls with freeze-dried strawberries

These delicious energy balls with freeze-dried strawberry and sesame seeds are the perfect snack for any time of day. They are easy to make and offer a delightful taste thanks to the combination of tangy strawberry, crunchy almonds, and aromatic cinnamon. Light, tasty, and nutritious, these balls will not only give you an energy boost but also a satisfying treat in every bite.
Nut balls with freeze-dried strawberries

Ingridients:

15 g freeze-dried strawberries
80 g oat flakes
160 g dried figs
75 g toasted almonds
2 tsp. honey
½ tsp. cinnamon
100 g sesame seeds

Instructions:

Crush the freeze-dried strawberries into a powder.

Add sesame seeds and mix. Set aside.

In a food processor, combine rolled oats, dried figs, toasted almonds, honey, and cinnamon.

Process until smooth.

Add 5-6 tbsp of water if needed to achieve a soft dough.

With damp hands, form the dough into small balls, about the size of a walnut.

Roll the balls in the sesame and strawberry powder mixture.
